About the position

The Manager of HR Communications at Veralto will play a crucial role in ensuring that over 16,000 associates are informed and engaged. This position focuses on building strong HR communications around key programs, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE+I) initiatives, and company values. The role requires strategic thinking, storytelling, and project management skills to develop effective communication strategies that support various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Leaders to provide strategic support for HR initiatives and coach leaders on communication best practices.
  • Collaborate with DE+I and Associate Resource Group (ARG) leads to develop initiatives that foster awareness and support inclusivity.
  • Create best practices and standard work for HR communications, implementing change management strategies.
  • Oversee internal communications plans for key HR initiatives, including the annual People Survey and performance appraisals.
  • Transform complex messages into compelling narratives using various channels such as written, video, and digital.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in internal communications, ideally within a global organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex messages into clear content.
  • Skilled in developing and executing change management strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across levels and geographies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a decentralized organization.
  • Familiarity with HR functions such as Talent Management and Total Rewards.
