About the position

As the Manager, HR Operations and Systems, you will be responsible for enhancing HR processes and technology to improve efficiency across teams. This role involves managing HRIS and ensuring data integrity while optimizing HR operations to support the organization's people strategy. You will report to the SVP of Human Resources and play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, seamless workflows, and data-driven decision-making as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Understand end-to-end HR processes and data from recruiting to payroll.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems including BambooHR, Lever, and Navex.
  • Manage and recommend improvements for HR processes in recruiting, onboarding, and employee life cycle.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on company HR processes and policies.
  • Lead annual updates to the Employee Handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Manage interfaces with third-party vendors.
  • Improve data quality through process and technology recommendations.
  • Drive data and process governance while balancing business flexibility.
  • Develop technical expertise for current and future systems and integrations.
  • Create project plans, define deliverables, and manage projects to completion.
  • Manage system access and configure systems for ongoing business needs.
  • Prepare systems for compensation cycles and benefits open enrollment.
  • Support audit requests and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Document and train users on new functionalities and system enhancements.
  • Develop HR analytics and reporting for effective decision-making.
  • Resolve issues with vendors and communicate with impacted users.
  • Collaborate with HR team and business partners on program delivery and projects.
  • Prepare reporting for HR Executive and Business Leaders.
  • Prepare payroll files and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct annual compliance reporting.
  • Develop custom reports to meet business needs.
  • Maintain HRIS process flows, procedures, and job aids.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR, with 3+ years in HR Operations and HRIS management.
  • Proficient in systems configuration and integration tools.
  • Experience with process mapping and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
