About the position
The HR Operations Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) plays a crucial role in managing the myHR US Team, focusing on delivering exceptional employee experiences and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Effectively execute on myHR strategy and roadmap to drive exceptional employee experiences.
- Own myHR US performance metrics and manage KPIs to improve service levels.
- Manage inbound cases in Service Now, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR transactions.
- Provide leadership and consultative support to the team on case resolution and performance management.
- Lead small to medium process improvement initiatives and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Liaison with HR Business Partners to interpret and respond to inquiries on HR policies during the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in case management and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team engagement and development.
