Responsibilities

• Effectively execute on myHR strategy and roadmap to drive exceptional employee experiences.
• Own myHR US performance metrics and manage KPIs to improve service levels.
• Manage inbound cases in Service Now, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR transactions.
• Provide leadership and consultative support to the team on case resolution and performance management.
• Lead small to medium process improvement initiatives and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Liaison with HR Business Partners to interpret and respond to inquiries on HR policies during the employee lifecycle.
