About the position

The HR Innovation & Operations Manager at Gartner plays a crucial role in driving strategic business results through people-projects and HR operations. Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to proactively surface issues and identify solutions
  • Drive rigorous project management and organization across multiple projects
  • Analyze/synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into compelling 'executive level' presentations
  • Identify ways to innovate and scale current processes for continued growth
  • Liaise with and influence critical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business partners to solve business issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Consulting, Human Resources, Talent, or Human Capital
  • Project management skills with ability to track and lead concurrent project timelines
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for data storytelling and visualization
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, Vlookup, and common formulas
  • Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality
  • Quick learner with the ability to synthesize information
  • Proactive self-starter with problem-solving initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset to work with various levels of staff
  • Unstructured problem solver capable of identifying sustainable solutions
