About The Position
The Manager, HR Operations at Xometry Inc. is responsible for overseeing the People Operations department, ensuring efficient management of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role focuses on maximizing the employee experience, managing the HR Help Desk, and optimizing HR systems and technology. The Manager will also analyze HR data to improve practices and ensure compliance with employment laws.
