About the position
The HR Operations Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper is a pivotal role within the myHR team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and supporting the HR function to enhance employee experiences and operational effectiveness. This position involves strategic leadership, data management, team development, and compliance with HR policies, all aimed at driving exceptional service delivery and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Effectively execute on myHR strategy and roadmap to drive exceptional employee experiences.
- Own myHR US performance metrics and manage KPIs to improve service levels.
- Manage inbound cases in Service Now, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR transactions.
- Organize workflow and team member rotations, providing leadership and consultative support.
- Lead small to medium process improvement initiatives and own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Liaison with HR Business Partners to interpret and respond to HR policy inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR functions within fast-paced organizations.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Contact Center systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
