About The Position
The Manager, HR Operations at Xometry will oversee the People Operations department, ensuring efficient management of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role is pivotal in enhancing the employee experience and managing the HR Help Desk to provide support to employees. The Manager will also be responsible for optimizing HR systems and technology, analyzing HR data for insights, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
