The Manager, HR Partner role at Raytheon is a strategic position within the Software Engineering Organization, focused on collaborating with HR and business leaders to align HR solutions with business objectives. This role emphasizes employee advocacy, performance management, talent development, and employee relations, while also supporting strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Support the execution of strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Model employee advocacy and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
• Translate business and HR strategies into actionable plans.
• Work with HR organizations to achieve business and talent objectives.
• Communicate proactive strategies for employee relations and diversity & inclusion.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and ethics-related cases.
• Maintain a positive employee relations environment.

Requirements

• Typically requires a university degree with 8 years of Human Resource related experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Experience coaching leaders on complex people issues.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience collaborating with multiple HR functional disciplines.
• Experience in handling employee relations issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation and Performance Management.
