About the position

The HR Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence and Integration Project Management role is pivotal in developing analytics and insights that drive human capital strategy and informed business decisions. This position supports the execution of strategic initiatives through collaboration with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the HR project management office. The individual will be responsible for driving process improvement efforts that support the HR planning and operations function, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to changing business needs. In this role, the successful candidate will develop and execute processes that support HR planning and strategic initiatives. They will manage and analyze human capital data, conduct research to identify trends and benchmarks, and provide meaningful insights derived from both quantitative and qualitative metrics. The ability to synthesize information and translate it into effective presentations for communication to senior leaders is crucial. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement related to HR planning and operations, performing quarterly strategic reporting on progress against HR goals, and partnering with HR functional leadership to develop and execute workforce planning processes and analytics. Additionally, the candidate will conduct analysis and develop presentations in support of ad-hoc executive-level requests related to HR strategy. They will lead HR planning and operations-related projects, as well as broader HR strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The nature of the solutions required will involve thorough analysis and investigation, with the expectation that the candidate will achieve planned results through decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. This role may also involve managing a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervising support staff.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • May require certification.
  • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
