About the position

The Manager of HR Technology and Operations is responsible for driving and executing strategic initiatives to ensure the effective operation of integrated HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors. This role involves overseeing daily support, hands-on configuration, and issue resolution, while managing comprehensive project management for system releases, implementations, and enhancements. The position aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve the employee and manager experience through innovative solutions and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive, champion, and execute initiatives supporting the transformation of the HRIS landscape.
  • Understand current business processes and future state goals to identify scalable solutions.
  • Gather requirements, conduct impact analysis, and manage system configuration and testing.
  • Provide application support across integrated areas and manage system updates.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors capabilities and best practices.
  • Lead administration, design, configuration, and support of various SuccessFactors modules.
  • Assess business processes for continuous improvement and provide solution recommendations.
  • Integrate Robotics and AI functionality to ensure effective technology adoption.
  • Maintain data management fields and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop proof of concept solutions.
  • Oversee SuccessFactors Release Management and other HR systems releases.
  • Create and update user and training materials for global HR colleagues.
  • Manage and prioritize case and issue resolution on internal and vendor tickets.
  • Actively manage 3rd party vendor resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with HR-related technologies as a functional/technical expert.
  • Proven expertise in Core HR Operations and Processes, including Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SuccessFactors and Cloud integration.
  • Extensive experience in HR Operational excellence and Service Delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management methodology and principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in additional SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation and Workforce Analytics.
