Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on HR best practices and emerging workforce trends.
  • Design and execute HR programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and high performance.
  • Oversee job postings and application processes, and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and coordinate training programs for employee growth.
  • Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, manage emails, and prepare reports and documentation.
  • Serve as IT liaison and assist in planning and execution of projects.
