As the Manager of Human Resources at GXO, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and productivity. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing HR reports to upper management as requested, ensuring that the HR function aligns with the business strategies to deliver excellent customer service.
