About the position

The Manager of Human Resources at Val Verde Unified School District plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment that supports the district's mission of developing life-long learners. Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes for district personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in California Public School District Human Resources or a closely related field.
  • Prior experience working with California State teaching and service credentials is preferred.
  • Experience in education administration or working within educational institutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in human resource information systems; Galaxy experience preferred.
  • Must possess an appropriate, valid California Driver's License and access to private transportation.
