Responsibilities

  • Manage daily work activities of the HR department staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Recruit, select, orient, train, coach, and develop HR staff.
  • Monitor performance management and review staff contributions.
  • Design systems and resources to meet HR strategies and resolve problems.
  • Implement training and operations initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular department meetings to review policies and operational matters.
  • Facilitate teamwork within and between departments.
  • Plan and organize day-to-day HR operations and activities.
  • Drive department service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in various committees as a representative of the HR department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five years of HR experience, with at least two years at a senior level.
  • Valid Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves
