About the position

The Manager of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in leading the HR team with a strong focus on talent acquisition. This position is responsible for managing recruitment processes, enhancing the employment brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while also engaging in broader HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection with a focus on excellent candidate experience.
• Develop and lead selection training and update onboarding processes to effectively integrate new hires.
• Build out the employment brand promoting the business units as an employer of choice across various channels, including attending career events and developing relationships with universities and professional associations.
• Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, create job descriptions, and refine role requirements.
• Refine talent acquisition metrics and manage all vendor contracts to ensure effective and efficient processes and ROI.
• Engage in projects and initiatives related to employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

Requirements

• Strong generalist background in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition.
• Experience in managing recruitment processes and leading a team of recruiters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to recognize talent and a desire to grow within HR.
• Self-motivated, organized, creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
