About the position

As a Human Resources Manager at XPO, you will be responsible for driving performance and talent management processes in domicile and supported sites. You will coach and counsel management and hourly employees regarding policies and procedures, discipline, interpersonal and teamwork opportunities, and investigate and resolve employee relations issues that arise. Promoting employee engagement through regular, personal contact will be key to creating a positive employee relations atmosphere. Additionally, you will drive effective recruiting, selection, and onboarding activities for hourly employees, ensuring compliance with all company, government, labor, and transportation industry regulations, and delivering training to maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years in HR in complex environments
  • Experience leading direct reports
  • Experience with HRMS and related HR software
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • HR certification
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • 3 years in a supervisory role
