About the position

The Manager of Hyperscale Marketing for Global Partner Marketing at ServiceNow is responsible for leading the marketing partnership and go-to-market (GTM) activation efforts specifically for the Google hyperscaler partner portfolio. This role involves creating and executing co-marketing strategies and comprehensive lead generation programs aimed at driving new business, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. The position requires collaboration with various teams, including marketing, sales, and enablement leaders, to maximize pipeline and growth opportunities across different regions and countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the co-marketing strategy through to execution for globally, in region, target countries and geo expansion plans.
  • Work with ServiceNow channel teams to understand the demands of the business and translate these needs into marketing execution.
  • Build cross-functional relationships within ServiceNow and with partners in region and in country.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement to support business growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Support global and in region metric collection, analysis and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs and ROI of channel marketing strategy, initiatives, and programs.
  • Drive programs consumption, pipeline creation and acceleration.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of channel marketing experience, preferably global.
  • Extensive experience working with executive level internal and external clients/partners.
  • Experience with Hyperscalers, particularly in partner marketing and channel, with a preference for deep Google experience.
  • Experience in program management, lead generation, or B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of defining joint partnerships on both product and GTM fronts.
  • Understanding of cloud and software marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in enterprise technology, data and analytics, SaaS, ISVs, Global, and Regional Systems Integrators.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Partner teams, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Proficient in creating compelling marketing content and campaigns.
  • Excellent budget management and project tracking skills.
  • Experience in a metrics-driven environment with an understanding of marketing to sales funnel processes.
