About the position

The Manager I Health Program Services at CarelonRx is responsible for overseeing the Health Program Outreach Services for Disease Management and Case Management call center operations. This role focuses on maximizing productivity and operational efficiency through effective management of team resources, ensuring compliance with policies, and preparing reports to communicate program information.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources.
  • Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes.
  • Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
  • 3 years Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience along with outbound dialer experience in a call center environment, experience in disease management, case management or health related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience directing multi-functional teams; account management or customer service experience highly preferred.
