About the position

The Manager I, Technical Project Management role is focused on developing and managing project management practices within the Global eCommerce (GEC) framework. This position involves overseeing multiple medium-complexity eCommerce projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective management of resources, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management practices adhering to GEC methodologies, including Agile.
• Manage multiple medium complexity eCommerce projects with external stakeholders.
• Serve as the project team lead, managing project budgets and schedules.
• Develop and execute plans for managing project risks and changes.
• Provide project status reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate with off-shore development teams and third-party vendors.
• Develop project resource plans and determine business readiness for implementation.
• Manage individual project scope items as part of larger projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical project management or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex eCommerce projects using Cloud technologies like GCP.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through Agile and Traditional project models.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Experience with Agile Management Tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of ITIL Framework and data analysis techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Business Intelligence Reports using Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing Datawarehouse/Data marts and OLAP systems.
• Experience in financial regulatory compliance and audit support.
