IBTCI is currently seeking a Manager II, Budget and Billing. This managerial, exempt-level position is crucial for overseeing the financial aspects of government projects, particularly those funded by USAID. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing budget proposals and incremental funding requests for USAID or any governmental agency. This includes reviewing project expenditures to identify spending trends and making forecasts for future budget needs of ongoing government projects. The successful candidate will also prepare periodic and special financial reports, as well as CPFF billing for USAID or other governmental agencies. This role requires a strong understanding of USAID government contracting accounting rules and regulations, and experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred. The position is based in IBTCI's home office located in Vienna, VA, and currently operates in a hybrid mode, requiring attendance in the office twice a week.
