About the position

As Manager II, Enterprise Applications for Marketing Systems, you will champion the identification and implementation of technology solutions to support the commercial roadmap, impacting healthcare customers and patients. This role involves collaboration with marketing and commercial stakeholders to define and execute marketing campaigns, manage websites, and analyze data to enhance awareness of treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to the marketing team in evaluating, prioritizing, designing, planning, and deploying solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize marketing initiatives and assist in developing business requirements.
  • Partner with commercial business teams, marketing agencies, and website hosting partners to manage the performance and operations of commercial websites.
  • Lead technical solution design workshops, walkthroughs, and user acceptance testing activities with stakeholders and implementation partners.
  • Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to implement improvements to the Marketing Cloud data model.
  • Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decisions on Marketing Cloud campaigns and website transactions.
  • Effectively communicate marketing and website data insights to non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate deployments of new solutions, website changes, and integrations into production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in architecting and implementing marketing systems and solutions, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
  • 5+ years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email/marketing automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, including user story creation and grooming.
  • Expertise with Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, Journey Builder, and AMPscript-based dynamic templates.
  • Hands-on experience with Email Studio, including A/B testing and campaign waves.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM platform and familiarity with third-party HCP data is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and social media analytics.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
  • Experience in designing and implementing omnichannel marketing solutions.
  • Experience implementing automated solutions using Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
  • Knowledge in implementing GenAI or Machine Learning capabilities.
