About the position

The Manager of Imaging Services at Corewell Health is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Imaging Departments, including various modalities such as CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing all functions of the department to ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements. The manager will also focus on enhancing patient care, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the Radiology Department.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, evaluate, control, and manage all functions of the Imaging Departments.
• Coordinate and implement Imaging programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all programs meet hospital accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the delivery of patient care according to established standards.
• Accountable for operational, financial, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Radiology Department.
• Lead employees in exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, management, or related area (Required).
• 3 years of relevant experience in leadership (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, health care administration, or related area (Preferred).
• 5 years of relevant experience in diagnostic radiology (Preferred).
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Registration (Preferred).
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within ninety days (Required).
