About the position

In this role, you will manage and monitor a team of project managers while providing project management services. You will ensure the team is meeting any and all deadlines required to meet customers' go-live dates. This position is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing new account signings from kickoff to go-live, which involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and implementation process. Additionally, you will work closely with both new and existing customers for facility adds or module add-ons, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided. Your role will also include providing metrics to leadership to identify additional insights on project details, which will help in making informed decisions and improving project outcomes. Continuously monitoring team bandwidth for opportunities to maximize capacity while meeting customer expectations will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will lead and influence project participants and mentor others to drive team participation, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Furthermore, you will help provide Tier 2 support as needed, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years' relevant experience required.
  • Experience leading teams and projects preferred.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • Familiar with various PMP and work management platforms desired.
  • Willingness to travel.
