About the position

ADP is hiring a Manager, Implementation Delivery for NAS Next Gen HCM. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10-12 to deliver quality HCM implementations that exceed client expectations. You will have matrix responsibility for project teams on client implementation projects, ensuring the delivery of the Next Gen HCM solution. The Manager, Implementation Delivery is responsible for managing the client relationship and ensuring the project team's ability to meet client requirements within project deadlines and budget. Reporting directly to the Implementation Portfolio Director, this role is crucial in the Implementation organization, requiring you to build relationships with internal partners to drive and support best practices, continuous improvement, and standard work across the team. Your team will carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction. Every day, you will leverage your project management and leadership expertise to establish the direction of your team's daily activities, coach and develop your team members, and create a productive and enjoyable working environment. In this position, you will be expected to provide overall direction, prioritize critical issues, and support your team to ensure that work is completed accurately and with quality according to scheduled deadlines, priorities, and overall goals. You will serve as a resource for your team, based on a solid working knowledge of the team's responsibilities and each associate's development plan. You will also participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other ADP business units.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 10-12 to deliver quality HCM implementations that exceed client expectations.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure project teams deliver client requirements within deadlines and budget.
  • Establish direction for daily activities, coaching and developing team members.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations effectively.
  • Deliver against performance standards including Starts Revenue, Setup revenue, and NPS Scores.
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives across the Delivery Team and act as a change leader.
  • Optimize resources and staffing for efficiency and maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with other Delivery Managers to support consistency and resource sharing.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to inspect standard work adherence and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train associates, providing continuous feedback on performance and career development.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in HCM Implementations, Consulting, Payroll or HR.
  • At least one year of project, team lead or people leadership experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of ADP HCM products.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish or French, written and verbal.
  • Experience leading teams, especially in a virtual/hybrid environment.
  • Ability to set high standards of performance for self and others.
