As the Manager of Implementations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation of new client business and driving continuous improvement within our 3PL operations. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that our distribution and fulfillment services align with client needs and expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, engineering, and customer service, to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the implementation team through complex projects, ensuring that all aspects of the launch are executed effectively. In this role, you will define the concept of operations by developing project scopes, key performance indicators (KPIs), system requirements, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will provide onsite support during the project and coordinate resources during the go-live phase. Regular status meetings with clients and internal teams will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track progress and address any potential issues proactively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients will be vital to ensuring their satisfaction with our services. As a leader, you will oversee the development of contractual documents and addendums, while also identifying and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executives and clients, will be critical to the success of our implementations.
