About the position

The Manager, IMS at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the effective implementation of the facility's management system in compliance with ISO and GFFS standards. This role emphasizes the safety of personnel and the workplace while meeting all company and legal requirements. The position involves leading initiatives for continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate ISO Gap Assessment Process to mitigate risks.
  • Review audit results and identify the severity of audit findings to ensure appropriate actions are taken to eliminate non-conformance.
  • Focus on critical objectives that add the most value and channel energy to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Support PI initiatives to promote sustainable, continuous improvement of core processes.
  • Develop and inspire diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Support SOEL in delivering Management System related training modules at various levels.
  • Act as a scientific, regulatory, technical, or quality expert and consultant by responding to targeted questions from the field or other departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships that motivate and guide others toward goal accomplishments.
  • Develop self and others to improve performance and prepare for future roles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience leading Management Systems in a Food, Beverage or similar industry requiring 3rd party accreditation (ISO, BRC, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information and attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply and implement quality systems (e.g., ISO, Malcolm Baldridge, Six Sigma, HACCP).
  • Knowledge of project management principles and ability to apply them to ensure successful project completion.
  • Knowledge of process definition, flow charting, and process management techniques.
  • Ability to create, approve, track, and file documents in compliance with quality systems.
  • General knowledge of audit processes including interviewing, data analysis, and inspections.
