About the position

Versona is seeking a results-driven Manager in Training (MIT) to oversee overall store management. The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and effectively manage staff. A background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management is preferred for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Address all issues that arise from staff or customers, including complaints and grievances.
• Exemplify well-behavior and high performance.

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
