Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and over the phone to provide financial products and services.
• Manage a branch after successful completion of training.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in Phone Sales or Call Center environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Lending, or Collections.
• Basic math skills and capability to learn financial products.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
