Responsibilities

• Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to code
• Creating automotive keys and programming transponders
• Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales
• Managing on-site inventory
• Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
• Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions

Requirements

• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Ability to evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions
• Previous experience in automotive, installation, sales, or a related field preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
• Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, and enter/exit other vehicles
• Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius to assist customers at other locations when needed
• Ability to successfully pass a seven-year background check
