About the position

The Inbound Sales Development Representative Manager at Ironclad, Inc. is responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales representatives. This role focuses on building and scaling processes, driving alignment with sales, and fostering a high-performance culture to achieve sales development goals. The ideal candidate is data-driven and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and hire excellent Inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at scale.
  • Mentor and guide SDRs through career progression.
  • Partner with leaders in the organization to build career pathways and support readiness programs into new roles.
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals.
  • Support SDRs through call coaching, discovery & sales trainings, and general professional development.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on the delivery of new enablement programs and operational processes.
  • Assist in the execution and delivery of core operational tasks, including process design and documentation.
  • Work closely with SDRs to ensure quality efforts and manage proper follow-up and speed-to-lead.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify and improve KPIs for inbound pipeline creation and revenue generation.
  • Forecast, report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce (CRM).
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs, lead pipeline, and overall effectiveness.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in relevant discipline preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience as an Inbound SDR Manager, or 2+ years in relevant tech/SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and Outreach/Salesloft.
  • Experience in designing and implementing inbound sales development playbooks and best practices.
  • Passionate about coaching and driving high-performance teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with scaling an Inbound SDR team.
  • Ability to think through career paths and support SDR growth into sales or other internal roles.
  • Extremely data-driven with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
