About the position

The Industrial Engineering Manager at Form Energy will lead a team focused on operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves designing and implementing factory layouts and material flow systems to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure efficient operations. The manager will oversee engineering projects from conception to execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement factory layout and material flow systems to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage and mentor a team of industrial engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and support for high performance.
• Lead engineering projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain departments to optimize factory performance and tackle bottlenecks.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify trends and implement innovative solutions for lasting improvements.
• Promote safety and compliance within the workplace.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
