About the position

As a Manager of Influence, you will develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and target audiences. Working closely with our Influencer Strategy lead, Creative, Insights, and Client Experience teams, you will lead the execution of integrated multi-platform campaigns that drive meaningful results. You will be expected to manage end-to-end influencer management from identification to briefing, contracting to payment, and reporting. This role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver program initiatives and ensure all deadlines on client programs are met. You will also provide counsel on influencer best practices and play a role in the agency's Influencer center of excellence, developing key relationships with talent agencies and content creators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and target audiences.
  • Lead the execution of integrated multi-platform campaigns.
  • Execute social influencer strategies cross-functionally.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer management from identification to reporting.
  • Develop and manage timelines and weekly action plans.
  • Input on influencer relations marketing campaigns and tactics.
  • Partner with social strategy to stay at the forefront of trends.
  • Provide counsel to clients and colleagues on influencer best practices.
  • Play a role in the agency's Influencer center of excellence.
  • Identify and manage diverse vendors and partners.
  • Identify influencer opportunities to ensure influencer marketing continues to be a strong discipline.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the influencer landscape.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with change agents and cultural makers.
  • Willingness to speak publicly about influencer trends.
  • Ability to use data-driven insights to build strong strategies.
  • Experience working with RFPs and leading tech companies.
  • Understanding of compliance with best practices (FTC updates, platform requirements).
