About the position

The Manager of Influencers, Affiliates, and Brand PR at Abercrombie and Fitch is responsible for leading the brand marketing team in overseeing the strategy and execution of brand communications and affiliate marketing efforts for Abercrombie brands. This role focuses on connecting the brands with customers authentically, leveraging creator marketing and earned PR to drive revenue and brand advocacy. The manager will engage a network of storytellers to communicate key campaigns and initiatives, aiming to achieve significant revenue targets and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the seasonal brand experience planning process as a subject matter expert, defining affiliate, creator and communications plans for execution.
  • Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.
  • Manage affiliate marketing programs, fostering relationships with partners to drive brand visibility and sales outcomes.
  • Support brand public relations initiatives, including media relations, press releases, and crisis management.
  • Coordinate with social channels to ensure alignment for engagement and posting strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing partners, merchandising, and design to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Work closely with legal, tax, finance, and corporate communications to adhere to brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify whitespace at the intersection of brand culture and creators to build innovative marketing strategies.
  • Manage a team of 5-6 associates, providing oversight and transparency.
  • Track and manage budgets and compile data for seasonal presentations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to build and drive industry-leading programs.
  • Partner with Customer Insights team to shape research and integrate key insights into campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
  • 7-9 years of marketing experience with a brand or agency, focusing on brand communications and/or influencer marketing.
  • Experience in driving significant revenue growth.
  • Understanding of Millennial and kids customers.
  • Experience in building and motivating a team.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strategic, analytic, and structured thinking ability.
