About the position

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Technical Infrastructure to join the Infrastructure Audit and Compliance team. This role is responsible for overseeing governance and reporting related to Audit, Periodic Access Reviews, and Vulnerability Management Remediation Governance. The manager will coordinate centralized support for Infrastructure Access Reviews, educate stakeholders on control requirements, and ensure compliance with Audit Controls and Policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology risk management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of daily centralized support and investigation on Infrastructure Access Reviews.
• Educate the organization on control and standard requirements.
• Provide direction on tracking systems to reduce compliance risk.
• Support Enterprise-wide vulnerability remediation activities.
• Ensure timely remediation of Infrastructure compliance deliverables related to Audit Controls and Policies.
• Communicate Policy, Process, and Control Standards to stakeholders to ensure adherence.
• Provide status, reporting, and escalation to Senior Leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in infrastructure engineering, infrastructure compliance, and/or security background.
• 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management and troubleshooting in a distributed computing environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Identity Access Management and Periodic Access Review processes.

• Experienced with infrastructure operations.
• Strong leadership experience and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems.
• Enterprise, application, and information architecture design experience preferred.
• Financial experience a plus.
• Experience within a highly technical large data processing environment.
