About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7 years related experience including a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an inpatient care management or related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical background with expertise in care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management.
• Proven record of driving performance improvement initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and lead change effectively.
