The Manager Inside/Outside Parts Sales position at HTS Engineering involves overseeing the Parts Department, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient management of parts sales operations. The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work collaboratively with the Outside Salesman to meet customer needs and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team with the Outside Salesman for the Parts Department to support multiple product lines.
• Possess mechanical comprehension of HVAC systems to establish solutions for customer replacement parts and equipment needs.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers by meeting their expectations.
• Assist customers with identifying parts, providing quotes, and processing orders to retain customer satisfaction.
• Fulfill sales orders, including placing orders with manufacturers, tracking shipping, and completing invoicing for processed orders.
• Maintain warehouse and showroom inventory accuracy.
• Stock warehouse and Parts Department showroom with parts and supplies.
• Inform customers on updates and bulletins supplied by manufacturers.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of freight for Parts Department related supplies and equipment.
• Accomplish warranty administration on parts for all manufacturers.
• Execute freight claims for damaged goods.

Requirements

• Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Construction or Parts Industry experience.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
• Frequently lift up to 50lbs.
