About the position

The Manager Inside Sales will lead and coach a team of 8-12 Inside Sales Representatives to achieve their annual sales quotas. This role focuses on building a positive selling culture based on achievement and accountability while collaborating across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position requires regular in-office attendance at the Chicago-Riverside location, with a work schedule from Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and enforce Stericycle policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Teach and coach Inside Sales Representatives (ISEs) on product knowledge, sales skills, system utilization, customer communications, and problem-solving.
  • Conduct weekly Pipeline Reviews to ensure ISEs meet their weekly quotas.
  • Forecast weekly and monthly closed-won sales.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual assigned quotas for the team.
  • Analyze team performance daily and adjust strategies as needed to drive consistent performance.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of selling experience, preferably within Inside Sales.
