The Manager-Inside Sales will lead, coach and direct 8-12 Inside Sales Representatives to achieve their assigned annual sales quota. They will build and enhance a positive selling culture based upon achievement, accountability and respect for individuals. They serve as a collaborator and team builder across all Stericycle departments to maximize efficiencies and customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Manager will report to our Bannockburn office. Key responsibilities include communicating and enforcing Stericycle policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The manager will teach and coach Inside Sales Representatives to be proficient in product knowledge, sales skills and processes, system utilization (SFDC, SAP), customer communications, and problem-solving. Conducting weekly Pipeline Reviews to ensure the Inside Sales Representatives meet their weekly quota is essential. The manager will also forecast weekly and monthly closed-won sales, achieve weekly, monthly, and annual assigned quotas for the team, and analyze team performance daily to drive consistent performance. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
