The Inside Sales Manager at MXR Imaging, Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Inside Sales department while driving the sales growth of the organization. In this position, the Inside Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Team and the Marketing Director on all sales-related activities. Essential duties include recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team, setting and tracking weekly sales targets, and fostering an open communication culture across all sales teams. The manager will also be responsible for researching and discovering methods to enhance customer engagement, analyzing sales performance data to develop actionable insights, and implementing initiatives that drive continued sales growth. Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts is crucial, as is promoting a culture of customer-centricity within the sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will work in coordination with divisional managers to create effective sales call templates and ensure consistent customer interactions. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with marketing and field sales to gather insights about customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. The manager will provide appropriate product information to meet individual customer needs, support upselling efforts, and achieve sales targets. Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving them promptly is also a key responsibility, alongside demonstrating and promoting behaviors that align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
