About The Position
The Inside Sales Manager will lead the Inside Sales team within the Electrical and Electronic Solutions (EES) Global Accounts team, focusing on large capital projects. This role is responsible for executing strategic direction, developing performance metrics, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals and profitability. The manager will work closely with the Inside Sales Supervisor to direct the team, expand the customer base, and contribute to training and educational programs for both clients and sales personnel.
