Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts is crucial, as is promoting a customer-centric culture within the sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate closely with divisional managers to create effective sales call templates and ensure consistent customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with marketing and field sales teams to gather insights about customer needs, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
