About the position

Selux is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team, which includes Customer Service, Quotes, and Project Management. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and mentoring the team to achieve their targets, while fostering a collaborative and dynamic workplace that encourages growth and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Service representatives, including training, mentoring, and recruitment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee daily Customer Service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to lighting products.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product line and industry trends to effectively support customers and provide solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Production, Lighting Solutions, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance metrics for senior management, identifying trends and recommending strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Service preferred.
• Lighting industry knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of lighting products and industry standards is a plus.
