The manager will also analyze sales performance data to develop actionable insights and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth. Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts is crucial, as is promoting a culture of customer-centricity within the sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate closely with divisional managers to create effective sales call templates and ensure consistent customer interactions. Additionally, the Inside Sales Manager will coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to gather insights about customer needs, market conditions, and competitors. Providing appropriate product information to meet individual customer needs, supporting upselling efforts, and achieving sales targets are key responsibilities.
