About the position

Justrite Safety Group is a growing family of industrial safety companies dedicated to protecting workers, workplaces, and the environment through a comprehensive range of industrial safety solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our team of inside sales representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our company targets and revenue goals. You will play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring the sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering a positive team culture. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead the inside sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. This includes providing ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge. You will implement effective sales processes and methodologies to streamline operations and improve sales efficiency. Collaboration with the marketing department will be essential to ensure alignment in lead generation and nurturing efforts. Monitoring sales metrics and analyzing sales data will be part of your responsibilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Staying up to date with industry trends and competitive activities will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Regular preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management will be required as well.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in inside sales, sales management, or related roles.
  • Experience in both channel development and selling direct to end users.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.
