About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at NFP will collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to enhance sales processes, manage sales data, and support the sales team in achieving their goals. This role focuses on operational efficiency, analytical support, and strategy execution, ensuring alignment across various departments. It is a full-time position that can be hybrid or remote, aimed at optimizing sales operations without direct sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales strategy support and analyze processes to recommend best practices to Regional Sales Leaders.
  • Refine and implement effective sales processes to improve efficiency and results.
  • Coordinate sales meeting agendas and follow up with minutes and action items.
  • Run reports for presentation decks for meetings, including regional sales calls and corporate meetings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Producers regarding sales reporting discrepancies and escalate as appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Support the implementation of new sales tools and technologies in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team.
  • Attend and present metrics in monthly meetings and sales calls, including senior leadership from various departments.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and monitor pipeline performance.
  • Work closely with finance and sales leadership to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Support the development of annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports for leadership and sales teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Standardize and run sales reports for the region on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for leaders.
  • Reconcile Salesforce New Business and EPIC Production.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in corrective actions.
  • Assist with onboarding new Producers, including scheduling training and ensuring access to tools and systems.
  • Coordinate licensing and ensure they are kept up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in process optimization and implementation of sales tools.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and quota management.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies.
