About the position

The Integrated Marketing Manager at Verisk will lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and generating sales opportunities for the Claims Property Estimating business. This role requires a strategic, data-driven approach to marketing, leveraging insights to craft compelling messaging and drive engagement across various digital platforms and industry events. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and lead elements that define market opportunity for property estimating solutions.
  • Spearhead the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and key Marketing stakeholders to deliver compelling sales aids and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage market trends and customer behaviors to provide actionable insights for campaign strategies.
  • Utilize research to define and refine target personas and buyer needs.
  • Draft marketing campaign briefs and messaging guides to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Establish comprehensive marketing metrics and evaluate post-activity outcomes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of strategic marketing and/or integrated marketing management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Clear understanding of the modern marketing landscape, including digital marketing and demand generation.
  • Experience in account-based marketing strategies.
  • Strong writing skills for marketing materials and experience in annual planning documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and measure metrics.
