About the position

The Manager - IP Implementation and Remote Deposit Analyst position at Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the Item Processing Implementation and Remote Deposit Services team. The role focuses on staff development, project management, and technical support for various deposit products, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing support. The manager will also engage in vendor relationship management, training, and marketing support for remote deposit products, requiring strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Item Processing Implementation and Remote Deposit Services team.
• Manage staff development and provide leadership.
• Implement item processing products and manage related projects.
• Provide ongoing technical support for remote deposit products.
• Conduct software testing, bug fixes, and system upgrades.
• Launch new products and manage vendor relationships.
• Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with internal departments.
• Analyze data and generate reports for management.
• Train internal departments and credit unions on product usage.
• Assist in marketing efforts for remote deposit products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of credit union or banking experience.
• Excellent team leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills.
• Project management experience.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly.
• Self-motivated and driven.
