About the position

The Manager, IT Business Partner - Commercial Operations & Corporate Services is responsible for aligning business strategies with technology to achieve organizational outcomes. This role serves as a crucial link between strategy and execution, developing capability roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders to meet specific business objectives. The position involves managing relationships within the Commercial Operations & Corporate Services groups and ensuring efficient utilization of IT resources for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, management, and execution of capability roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Assist Director and Sr. Managers in developing multi-year roadmaps outlining distinct projects and enhancement requirements.
• Present to business stakeholders the best way to sequence capabilities to ensure business value is achieved.
• Support Business Analysts in documenting potential impacts of change and creating content for socialization.
• Ensure business requirements are documented appropriately for technical understanding.
• Create content to drive consensus among key stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Provide concise reporting to business stakeholders on project status and enhancements.
• Identify needs for productive conversations and motivate team members to execute tasks.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, EPMO, and internal IT teams to remove blockers and resolve issues.
• Communicate supply-related issues to accounts, including delays and constraints.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing, and Supply teams to understand challenges per SKU/category.
• Support team in prioritizing projects and enhancements, driving cross-functional product owner alignment.
• Manage the backlog of enhancements and collaborate with Portfolio Manager and Finance to ensure projects are planned and tracked to budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an IT Business Partner role or similar.
• Experience in managing Capability Maps for companies.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality IT solutions in complex environments.
• Proficiency in Jira and business capability modeling tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in Spanish and/or French-Canadian is preferred.
• Experience with Sales Force.
