About the position

The Manager, IT Finance role is focused on the strategic planning, design, and optimization of financial systems and processes to align with organizational objectives. This position involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the efficiency of financial applications. The Financial Administrator will also take on supervisory duties, including transaction management within the FLAIR system, and will be responsible for analyzing and implementing financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and design of financial systems and processes.
• Optimization of financial applications to support operations and compliance.
• Assume job duties of current section supervisors, including transaction entry into FLAIR.
• Analyze, design, and implement financial applications.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for planning and forecasting.
• Integrate financial data from various sources into a unified system.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques to extract insights from financial data.
• Experience with data visualization tools for creating reports and dashboards.
• Ability to develop complex financial models for planning and analysis.
• Experience with integrating financial data and understanding data mapping techniques.
• Proficiency in financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for explaining financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with enterprise financial systems is preferred.
