About the position

The Manager of IT Operations and Reporting at Cloudflare will oversee continuous improvement, analytics, and business operations within the IT and Enterprise Engineering, Planning and Governance group. This role is crucial for shaping the direction of growth and ensuring the scalability of IT functions. The manager will lead a team of analysts, develop performance metrics, and align IT performance with business objectives, all while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Analysts and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Identify and develop the skills and talents of team members to ensure they can achieve their full potential.
• Create a positive and supportive work environment that motivates and engages team members.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork within the team and across the organization.
• Establish consistent reporting structures for ITPG and other groups within the CIO organization.
• Lead delivery of digitized core business capabilities, such as IT wide resource planning and performance management framework.
• Develop and implement performance metrics for the IT department.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate performance data to senior leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to align IT performance with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to centralize, streamline, standardize, and automate business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and resource capacity planning.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
